Cancellation Policy

Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of cancellation is excluded for:

“Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.”

This means that if an item is specially manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, whether in terms of size, colour, material or any other specification, there is generally no right of cancellation.

This applies to all items in this shop, as it is an “on-demand” shop and the items are only produced specifically for the customer after the order has been placed.
