How can I shop in the online shop?

To register, click on the user icon in the top right-hand corner.
First, select the account type:

For private purchases:
Create a private account using your personal email address and delivery address. Alternatively, you can place an order as a guest.

For business purchases on account:
Create a METRO business account using your business email address and enter your cost centre in the required field. Orders on account are only possible in business account mode.

Always complete all required information. Once registered, you can log in at any time, view your orders and access tracking codes for your orders.

Where can I reset my password?
Click on the user icon in the top right-hand corner and select Sign In. Enter your email address and then click "Forgot password".

Returns & Delivery Times
As our products are individually made for you, they are excluded from exchanges and returns. Please also check our size charts before ordering to ensure you select the correct size.

How long are the delivery times?
Delivery usually takes approximately 2 weeks.

Shipping:
Shipping is only available within the EU.

How can I pay in the shop?
Purchases made through a business account are paid by invoice. Private purchases can only be paid via PayPal.

Washing Instructions for Printed Textiles

Customised textiles (flex, flock, digital and screen printing) must be turned inside out before every wash and before ironing.
Textiles with embroidery only are not sensitive during washing and can be treated normally.
Marks caused by the transfer printing process are inherent to the process and do not constitute a reduction in quality. They will disappear after the first wash.
Wash at a maximum of 30°C using a standard mild detergent and sufficient water.
To dry, hang the garment on a hanger without wringing it out beforehand.
The durability of digital prints depends on how frequently they are washed.
We recommend hand washing.
The textiles themselves can be ironed normally. Always iron printed areas from the reverse side only and use no higher than the "synthetics" setting.
Digital prints must be allowed to cool before folding. Otherwise, the printed surfaces may stick together and the colours may blend.
The following must always be avoided: mangling, dry cleaning, garment soaking, brushing and scratching when wet, ironing at excessively high temperatures and ironing directly on the printed side.
For teamwear, always wash one item as a test first.
Only our direct embroidery is suitable for professional cleaning. However, this does not necessarily apply to the textile itself. In this case, please follow the sewn-in care label, which specifies the maximum permitted washing temperature.
Only by following these instructions can the durability of flocking or printing, consistent colour intensity and contrast be ensured.
